Alacra is excited to announce the addition of Standard & Poor's Structured Finance content to the S&P RatingsXpress Credit Research database already available on Alacra.

Capturing more than 14 years of ratings history, Standard & Poor's Structured Finance provides comprehensive objective credit ratings and research on all segments of the global structured finance market, including asset-backed securities, asset-backed commercial paper, collateralized debt obligations, commercial mortgage-backed securities, real estate companies, residential mortgage-backed securities, and servicer evaluations. The addition of structured finance rounds out Alacra's breadth of S&P credit research coverage which previously included access to S&P's Global Issuers content.

S&P RatingsXpress Credit Research helps customers:

  • Determine the credit rating of holdings
  • Identify key factors underlying an issuer's creditworthiness
  • Distinguish the different risk exposures for new and existing deals
  • Provide an understanding of how analysts interpret key regulatory, political and environmental events and their economic impact
