London, February 28, 2001 - Data Downlink, a leading provider of business information services, are expanding their European presence with the establishment of a new office in Paris, France. The Paris office opening will help drive Data Downlink's European operations, in particular the aggressive promotion of its advertising free search engine, specifically designed for business, Portal B™.
