Market Guide Business Information Database on .xls

Data Downlink has added the Market Guide Business Information Database (BID) to .xls, enhancing our existing Market Guide offering of company financials and ProVestor Plus reports. Market Guide introduced the Business Information Database in July 1999 as a result of continuing efforts to provide a comprehensive source of investment information. BID contains detailed company business descriptions, significant developments, and officer and director information.
What to look for when you click on Market Guide on .xls:
- New Executive Search - search for a set of executives based on industry, geography, job title, market cap, salary and bonus criteria, and more. Then download either compensation reports or biographies of your selected set of executives.
- New Company Overview report - in addition to basic information like address and SIC Codes, the Company Overview includes product information, areas of production, competition, major subsidiaries, overview of a firm�s contracts, new products, internal restructuring, new subsidiaries, joint ventures, acquisitions, spin-offs, and more.
- New Executive Overview report - includes Officers and Directors of the company, as well as biographies, compensation and stock option details for each. Market Guide information is collected from the latest 10K or Proxy Statement, and press releases are monitored throughout the year to reflect any management changes.
