EIU CountryData Enhancements

EIU CountryData on .xls just got better! The following enhancements have recently been made:

• New quarterly country data - Download quarterly data back to 1993, for $30.00 per country. Includes actuals only, no estimates or forecasts.
• New World Aggregate - Need to know the GDP for the World? The latest world aggregates, updated every month, are now part of EIU CountryData. Includes over 50 headline series on world growth (at market prices and PPP), world income, current account, FDI flows, foreign trade and population.
• New keyword search - In addition to picking from the EIU Concept list, you can search by keyword to get a list of matching concepts. For example, searching by keyword "inflation" will find the report on Consumer Price Index.

EIU CountryData covers 117 countries and more than 271 economic series. Annual data goes back to 1980 with forecasts to 2004. Using .xls, you can either download all the data available on a particular country, or create a custom report with one or more countries and data items of your choice.
