Data Downlink is pleased to announce the release of Freedonia Group's Private Companies Resource on .xls. Freedonia Group's database of industry studies and private companies reports is published annually and currently includes more than 8,000 Private Company Profiles and more than 50 Industry Reports. Profile and report data is gathered from the individual private companies, proprietary databases and industry participants. All companies are contacted for verification of information.

.xls allows you to:

• Search for reports by keyword or by selecting from a list. Each study provides an Executive Summary with product and market forecasts, market share data and profiles of key industry participants in addition to profiles of more than 100 companies. You can view the Table of Contents before downloading, then choose to download the entire report, or just the pieces you need.
• Search for companies meeting specific criteria like SIC Code, city, state, revenue, or business keyword. Each company profile includes company sales, number of employees, key executives, lines of business, locations, and recent acquisitions.

Freedonia Group's Private Companies Resource is updated monthly and includes U.S. and Canadian companies.
