Moody�s Corporation (NYSE:MCO) comprises two subsidiaries: Moody�s Investors Service and Moody�s KMV. Other services include credit training and software products to assist financial institutions in commercial lending activities. Moody�s Investors Service, a leading global credit rating, research and risk analysis firm, publishes market-leading credit opinions, deal research and commentary that reach more than 3,000 institutions and 20,000 subscribers around the globe. Credit ratings and research help investors analyze the credit risks associated with fixed-income securities. Such independent credit ratings and research also contribute to efficiencies in fixed-income markets and other obligations, such as insurance policies and derivative transactions, by providing credible and independent assessments of credit risk.

Ratings and analysis by Moody�s Investors Service track more than $30 trillion of debt issued in domestic and international markets covering approximately:
