 To All Our Valued Customers:

Alacra closed out 2005 in a flurry of activity, signing a handful of deals with new customers and new content providers. Strong results in the investment banking and management consulting industry propelled Alacra to record revenue and profitability. We have a strong sales pipeline for early 2006 and we�re working on a number of new products that will be released in Q1 and Q2. We also plan on making significant enhancements to Alacra Book.

For our current customers, perhaps the most exciting new offering of 2006 will be our Current Awareness Service, which will provide commingled email or RSS-based alerts on user-defined companies and people. We plan on releasing this late in Q1.

Our primary initiative in expanding our customer base is in the Compliance arena, where we are deploying our Federated Searching technology on databases used by banks and broker/dealers for new account vetting. To support our efforts in the Compliance area, we are in the process of licensing about a dozen new databases.
